Abstract
With the continuous expansion of college enrollment,the number of college students has increased rapidly in recent years and the whole society has made the structural adjustment in supply-side policies which makes the employment situation unoptimistic.Facing the great pressure in employment,college students have difficulties in searching for jobs for the reason of being lack of self-cognition and the insufficient employment positions.Therefore,the whole society,colleges,and families should attach importance to the diagnosis and guidance for college students'employment psychology,improve students'negative employment emotion by offering diversified courses,and guide students to actively participate in employment in order to build a healthy employment psychology and promote to accelerate their employment pace.关键词
