吸入装置民族语言视频宣教对少数民族地区慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响
Effect of national language video education of inhalation device on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in minority areas

Abstract
Objective To conduct video education on inhalation devices for ethnic minority COPD patients in different ethnic languages,and to evaluate its effectiveness.Methods A total of 140 patients with COPD were trained in inhalation device operation techniques,with 72 of them receiving inhalation device guidance using ethnic language video education(observation group),while the remaining 68 patients served as the control group.The inhaler technique operation scores,quality of life scores(measured by the CAT scale),and lung function of the two groups were compared at baseline and after a 3-month intervention period.Results At baseline,both the observation group and the control group had relatively high scores for inhaler device usage,with scores of(7.29±0.37)points and(7.31±0.36)points respectively.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(t = 1.498,P = 0.717).After a 3-month intervention,the observation group had an average score of(6.32±0.38)points for operation technique,while the control group had a significantly lower score of(3.99±0.37)points.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t= 63.79,P<0.001).Furthermore,after the 3-month intervention,the observation group showed significantly greater improvements in CAT scores and lung function compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Ethnic language video education can effectively maintain inhaler device operation techniques,improve quality of life,and enhance lung function in COPD patients from ethnic minorities.关键词
