微视频联合同伴教育在住院老年患者跌倒管理中的应用
The application of health education model based on micro-video combined with peer education in fall management of hospitalized elderly patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of health education model based on micro-video combined with peer education in the management of fall in elderly inpatients.Methods A total of 159 elderly inpatients were divided into the control group(79 cases)and the observation group(80 cases).The control group was received conventional fall prevention health education,while the observation group received a health education based on micro-video combined with peer education in addition to routine education.The fall knowledge,attitudes,and behavior scores of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention,as well as the incidence of falls and nursing satisfaction during hospitalization.Results After the intervention,the knowledge,attitudes,and behavior scores in both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group had higher scores in all aspects compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.01).The fall incidence rate in the observation group(2.50%)was lower than that in the control group(10.13%),and the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group(98.75%)was higher than that in the control group(89.87%),with statistically significant differences(both P<0.05).Conclusions The health education model based on micro-video combined with peer education can improve the fall knowledge,beliefs,and behaviors of hospitalized elderly patients,enabling them to actively participate in patient safety management and consciously practice positive behaviors,ultimately reducing the occurrence of fall.关键词
