妊娠期小鼠血浆促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素水平变化研究
Study on Changes of Plasma CRH Levels in Pregnant Mice

Abstract
In order to investigate the changes of plasma concentrations of corticotrophin-releasing hormone(CRH)in pregnancy and its relationship with the duration of pregnancy in mice,the female mice were selected for mating naturally,from the day of vaginal suppositories was seen,the plasma was separated and collected,and CRH content was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.By analyzing the plasma CRH levels of pregnant mice during pregnancy,delivery day and 24 hours after delivery,it was found that the CRH levels in the plasma of normal pregnant mice increased in the early stages of pregnancy.The plasma CRH level[(21.6±3.90)pg/mL]showed a progressive increase starting from 13.5 days of pregnancy,with a significant increase in late pregnancy and reached its highest level at delivery.CRH content basically returned to normal values 24 hours after delivery.The CRH content of preterm pregnant mice at 13.5 days was higher than that of normal pregnant mice,while the CRH content of dystocia pregnancy mice was significantly lower than that of normal pregnancy mice.The CRH content in the plasma of pregnant mice at 13.5 days was negatively correlated with the duration of pregnancy.These results suggest that the levels of CRH in mouse plasma can be used as a marker to determine the duration of pregnancy,to predict the delivery time of pregnant mice,and providing a theoretical basis for biological purification of cesarean section in mice.关键词
