神经外科住院病人便秘管理的循证护理实践
Evidence-based nursing practice of constipation management in inpatients in neurosurgical department
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To apply the best evidence on the prevention and management of constipation in hospitalized patients to clinical practice,which can provide effective nursing support for patients.Methods:The evidence application model in the J BI evidence-based health care center was adopted.The evidence of constipation prevention and management was transformed int0 7 review indicators and applied to inpatients in department of neurosurgery.The performance of the review indicators was compared before and after the application of evidence.Results:After application of evidence,the execution rate of all 7 review indicators significantly improved(P＜0.01).The constipation knowledge scores of nurses increased from(6.06±1.37)to(11.50±0.70)(P＜0.01).The scores of constipation knowledge of patients and their families increased from(3.68±1.47)to(4.52±1.52)(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Evidence-based quality improvement projects can improve nurses'compliance with various review indicators,which is beneficial for improving clinical nursing practices in evaluating and managing constipation in hospitalized patients.关键词
