航天器蜂窝夹层结构板制造工艺可靠性研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Research on Manufacturing Process Reliability of Spacecraft Honeycomb Sandwich Structure Panel
针对航天器蜂窝夹层结构板的制造效率、形位精度、胶接强度和预埋件拉脱力等可靠性要求,根据其制造工艺特点,通过建立基于制造工艺流程的串联模型、基于制造工艺单元的顺序关联模型、基于制造工艺参数的网状关联模型和考虑检验工序的功能关联模型 4 种典型的制造工艺可靠性模型,明确工艺设计的控制内容及工艺改进方向和要求.通过常见故障模式和原因分析,进一步验证可靠性模型的分析结果,明确制造工艺改进措施.在实际生产应用中,通过零件定型,优化制造工艺流程和减少串行制造工艺单元;通过优化工艺参数、固化工艺状态、应用自动化智能工艺装备,减小制造偏差,提高产品可靠性和生产效率.
According to the reliability requirements of the spacecraft honeycomb sandwich struc-ture panel such as manufacturing efficiency,form and position accuracy,bonding strength and embedded parts pulling force,the control content of the process design with the direction and re-quirements of process improvement are defined by establishing four typical manufacturing process reliability models according to the characteristics of the manufacturing process,including series model based on manufacturing process flow,sequence correlation model based on manufacturing process unit,network correlation model based on manufacturing process parameters and func-tional correlation model considering inspection process.Through the analysis of common failure modes and causes,the analysis results of reliability model are further verified,and the improve-ment measures of manufacturing process are clarified.Therefore,in actual production,the ma-nufacturing process is optimized and serial manufacturing units are reduced through parts stereo-typing.By optimizing the process parameters,curing the process state and applying automatic in-telligent process equipment,the manufacturing deviation is reduced,and the product reliability and production efficiency are improved.
