Abstract
The construction of ecological and clean small watershed is the deepening and development of comprehensive management of small watersheds,which plays an important role in protecting and conserving water sources,restoring river and lake ecological environment,scientifically carrying out large-scale land afforestation,and building livable and beautiful countryside.In recent years,the relevant decisions and arrangements of the CPC central committee and the state council have put forward new and higher requirements for the high-quality development of ecological and clean small watersheds.This paper summarizes the construction background,construction achievements and implementation results,and existing problems of ecological and clean small watersheds in our province.The development needs and experiences are analyzed from the aspects of social needs,mass needs,and water conservation requirements.On this basis,the next work suggestions for the construction of ecological and clean small watersheds in our province are put forward.关键词
