Abstract
By analyzing the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of water resources,the current situation of water resources development and utilization,the level of water use and the potential of development and utilization in a county,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of water resources development and utilization.It puts forward sustainable water resource development and utilization approach that combines infrastructure construction and non engineering measures ofwater resource development and utilization protection,and adhere to the combination of open source,throttling and pollution control.This provides a reference for solving the prominent supply-demand contradiction of water resources in the county and achieving sustainable economic and social development关键词
