摘要

Abstract

In order to study that influence of screw speed,axial load,helix angle and ball diameter on friction torque,considering the ball load distribution,contact angle change in actual working condition,normal force difference,viscosity resistance of lubricating oil,ball inertia force and inertia moment,a method for calculating the friction torque of ball screw pair is established.The results show that when the screw speed or axial load increases,the friction torque changes more and more,and the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of axial load or the decrease of screw speed;with the increase of helix angle,the friction coefficient and friction moment decrease gradually,and with the increase of helix angle,the change rate of both decreases gradually;a change in the ball diameter substantially increases the friction torque.The analysis results can provide reference for the design of ball screw pair and further improve the transmission performance of ball screw pair.
