Abstract
The research on the current situation and countermeasures of county rural water supply security promotion project is an important basic content of the implementation plan of county rural water supply security promotion project,which has great engineering significance to boost the smooth implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,the typical practice cases of the implementation plan of Huaiyuan County Rural Water Supply Security Promotion Project are analyzed and studied.After getting familiar with the project situation,the current situation of the county rural water supply security improvement project from the aspects of the technical situation of rural water supply engineering,the management situation of the rural water supply and the main problems of rural water supply status.The current situation of rural water supply project management and the current situation of rural water supply include water quality assurance,construction management,water supply project and water supply service.At the same time,it focuses on the implementation of the county-level rural water supply security improvement project countermeasures from five aspects of strengthening the organization and leadership to implement relevant responsibilities,multi-party financing support,standardizing project construction to strictly control the quality barrier and strengthening the operation,management and protection mechanism and system.It can provide reference for similar engineering practice.关键词
