Path Optimization Design Considering AGV Energy Consumption Under MES Control

Abstract
With the workshop production gradually moving towards automation and intelligence,manufacturing execution system(MES)and automatic guided vehicle(AGV)are applied more and more widely.Based on the project example,design the interconnection between the MES central control system and AGV scheduling system in the workshop,as well as the handling process of AGV.Considering that most AGVs currently use battery energy storage,energy efficiency has become an optimization goal for practical problems.Combining the constraints of MES task time windows,a mathematical model is established to solve the multi-objective optimization problem of AGV path planning,and an improved genetic algorithm is proposed,which obtains the optimal solution through random initial multiple path encoding,POX crossover,reverse order mutation,and tournament selection.The simulation results show that the optimal path planning is better than the traditional algorithm.关键词
