Abstract
Digital transformation,dynamic capabilities,and manufacturing servitization are significant challenges for firms that intend to gain a competitive advantage and achieve high-quality development.However,limited empirical research exists on digital transfor-mation and manufacturing servitization at the macro level.Based on the literature,this paper develops and testifies a set of hypotheses regarding the mechanism of the roles between digital transformation,dynamic capabilities,and manufacturing servitization by using the unbalanced panel data(from 2013 to 2020)of the A-share listed manufacturing firms in Shanghai and Shenzhen,China.The findings are:(1)Digital transformation significantly and positively affects manufacturing servitization.(2)A positive mediating role of dynam-ic capabilities exists in the relationship between digital transformation and manufacturing servitization.(3)The business environment positively moderates the relationship between digital transformation and manufacturing servitization.(4)Digital transformation has a greater impact on the servitization of the non-state-owned enterprises and enterprises in the eastern regions.关键词
