摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of low test efficiency,poor automation and a large amount of DC energy waste in the long-term aging test process of the traditional charger test method,a charger aging test system with energy feedback function is designed.The test system includes an aging test part,an energy feedback part and a signal acquisition part.The STM32 single-chip microcomputer chip is used as the core control unit,and the AC signal and DC signal in the test system are collected through the signal acquisition module and transmitted to the ADC port of the single-chip microcomputer.Compare the fixed values to judge whether the charger to be tested is qualified,at the same time,connect the DC output of the charger to the energy feedback unit in series,control the switching unit,and then connect the output 220 V inverter power supply to the input port of some chargers,and connect the The DC energy of the charger is fed back to the aging test process of the charger and continues to be used.The current value on the AC adjustable load at the output of the energy feedback unit is collected.When the current value on the AC adjustable load is the smallest,it is connected to the energy feedback unit.The number of chargers in the unit has reached the maximum,and the energy feedback efficiency has reached more than 60%,realizing an energy-saving and efficient charger aging test.
