Lightweight Design of Battery Frame for New Energy Commercial Vehicles
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the endurance of new energy commercial vehicles,the lightweight design of the back battery frame is carried out.NSGA-II algorithm is used to optimize the design,establish the optimization model and verify its mechanical properties,select the optimization design variables,the optimization model is established and its mechanical properties are verified,the optimization design variables are selected,the optimal space filling design(OSF)is used for experimental design to obtain the initial sample points,and the verification points are selected to fit and analyze the established Kriging model,the accuracy of the Kriging model is judged and the response surface is optimized,the optimization model is established by the NSGA-II algorithm,the optimal solution set is found,and the lightweight design of the battery frame is completed.The optimization results are verified and analyzed,and it is concluded that the maximum stress of the battery frame is increased by 4.72%and the mass is reduced by 8.6%under the condition of extreme working conditions and strength,which achieves the goal of lightweight design.关键词
