高楼玻璃幕墙清洁机器人结构设计
Design of Robot Structure for Cleaning Glass Curtain Wall of High-rise Buildings
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high safety risk,high labor intensity and low efficiency in manual cleaning of glass curtain wall in high-rise buildings,a glass curtain wall robot that can replace manual work is designed.According to the need of cleaning the glass curtain wall of tall buildings,a robot that can clean the glass curtain wall of tall buildings is designed.SolidWorks is used to model the geometry of the cleaning robot structure,finite element analysis software is used to analyze and optimize the robot's motion,and 3D printing technology is used to print the structure of the high-altitude glass curtain wall cleaning robot.STM32 is used to control the steering gear,vacuum pump and cleaning mechanism,so that the cleaning robot has the functions of crawling,adsorption and cleaning.The robot is adsorbed on non-horizontal surface by vacuum pump,the leg joint movement of robot is controlled by steering machine,and the curtain wall is cleaned by rolling brush.Based on the simulation and real experiment,the adsorption force parameters required for the cleaning robot to walk on the glass curtain wall of tall buildings are calculated and determined,and the corresponding vacuum pump is selected.The rotation angle of the steering gear required by the cleaning robot to crawl is calculated.The cleaning mechanism is optimized to meet the cleaning needs.The designed cleaning robot has the characteristics of small overall size,flexible walking,strong passability,wide application,etc.,and provides a technical solution for cleaning the glass curtain wall of high-rise buildings.关键词
