Abstract
With exercise,aging and other factors resulting in the number of finger function injury patients increase.The finger rehabilitation device is designed for the crowd.Compared with traditional rehabilitation products,it has the characteristics of simple control,convenience and relatively low cost.By analyzing the degree of freedom of imitation finger movement,the crank rocker mechanism is established,which can be applied to the structural design of finger rehabilitation device.Taking the main mechanical components and finger joint rotation angle as the reference factor,the motion track of the mechanism is obtained.On this basis,the reasonable size of each mechanical component is obtained,so as to complete the structural design of mechanical components.Through the simulation of finger stretching,bending to achieve finger rehabilitation function.By analyzing the angular displacement and angular velocity,the obtained mechanism is more in line with the reasonable motion range of fingers.Motion simulation experiments show that the mechanism can drive fingers to bend and stretch in a certain angle range,which can meet the rehabilitation training needs of finger injury patients.关键词
