Abstract

Since the total thermal consumption of the battery capacity grading equipment is large and the capacity grading technology is significantly affected by temperature,the ambient temperature is required to be controlled within the range of±3℃,so the thermal design is a key factor affecting the performance of the capacity grading equipment.The volume of the partitioned storage location is about 1.98 m3.The total thermal power consumption of a single storage location is 3.66 kW calculated by the formula to achieve.Indirect water-cooled heat dissipation is selected according to GB/T31845-2015 standard.The air duct of the equipment is preliminary designed on the basis of considering the mechanical structure design and layout of the equipment.Then the thermal simulation analysis of the capacity grading equipment is carried out to obtain the ambient temperature of the battery pack,the capacity grading cabinet and the temperature rise and temperature difference of the electronic equipment by means of the CFD analysis software.Considering the structure of the equipment,which is convenient to install and maintain the large-section cable of the control box.Through the rational layout of the fan and the optimal design of the air duct,the best scheme satisfying the structural layout and thermal design of the product is finally designed,which provides a reference for the thermal design of the same type of products.
