摘要

Abstract

Reducing vibration of lifts guiderail and its bracket by modification is one of mainstream means oflifts noise reduction.The source of the noise of guide systems is simply analyzed,and an evaluation method on the effect of lifts modification is proposed by presenting a modification case of guiderails vibration and noise reduction:evaluating the noise reduction effect of guiderail vibration reduction devices by A-weighted sound pressure level and octave band sound pressure level,which preliminarily proved effective for evaluating the affection of modification with guiderail vibration reduction devices.Meanwhile,combined with the case,one means of evaluating the safety performance of the guiderail vibration reduction devices is provided,and the method of dynamic load stress analysis and static strength analysis is showed.
