基于PLC的螺柱焊自动化装配控制系统设计
Design of Automatic Assembly Control System for Stud Welding Based on PLC
摘要
Abstract
During the welding and assembly process of studs,only rely on manual screwing by workers can lead to some problems,such as low assembly efficiency,high error rate,and difficulty in maintaining the preset torque.In response to these issues,the Siemens S7-1200 PLC is used as the core,and combining with peripheral equipment such as vibration discs,sliding table modules,sensors,pneumatic components,and torque guns,a stud welding automation assembly system is developed.In this system,the PLC detects whether the parts are in place through sensors to control the start and stop of the vibration disk,thereby orderly loading of the studs and bases can be achieved.The clamping and assembly process of parts can be completed by controlling the stepper motor,pneumatic gripper,and cylinder.The torque gun is controlled through Modbus TCP communication to achieve stable assembly of the studs and base according to the preset torque.By using this method,high stability of stud welding components during the vehicle welding process can be ensured,the assembly efficiency of stud welding can be improved,and saving a lot of manpower and optimizing quality.关键词
