基于CFD的矿石分选机喷嘴仿真研究
Simulation Study on the Nozzle of Ore Sorter Based on CFD
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of poor blowing effect and large air consumption of the nozzle of the spray separation system of ore sorting machine,taken the shrinkage jet nozzle as the research object,the structural characteristics and geometric parameters of the nozzle are numerically simulated by using computational fluid dynamics software,the geometric model of the nozzle is established by using ANSYS Space Claim software,the geometric model is meshed by using ICEM software,and then solved by using Fluent software.The calculation model selects the Realizable k-ε model in the turbulence model for calculation.The factors that affect the jet flow,such as the shape of the shrinkage curve,the length of the shrinkage section,and the diameter of the outlet are analyzed.The results show that the shape of the shrinkage section curve will affect the nozzle jet,and the shrinkage section curve is Widosinski curve nozzle,which can maintain better jet stability under high inlet pressure.The nozzle with an outlet diameter of 5 mm and a shrink section length of 8 mm can meet the separation requirements while saving energy consumption.关键词
