基于Swanson关怀理论的护理干预在早产儿母亲中的应用
Application of nursing intervention on mothers of preterm infants based on Swanson s Caring theory

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on Swanson's caring theory in mothers of premature infants.Methods:A total of 40 mothers of preterm infants who were cured and discharged from neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)of a third grade A hospital in Baise City from January to May 2022 were selected as the control group by convenience sampling method,another 40 preterm mothers who were cured and discharged from NICU of a third grade A hospital in Baise City from June to October 2022 were selected as the experimental group.The patients in control group received NICU routine nursing,and the patients in experimental group received nursing intervention based on Swanson's caring theory on the basis of the intervention of the control group.The scores of disease uncertainty,hope level and parenting competence of preterm mothers before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of disease uncertainty of preterm mothers in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.001),and the scores of hope level were significantly higher than those in control group(P＜0.001).At discharge and 1 month after discharge,the scores of preterm mothers in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.001).Conclusions:Nursing intervention based on Swanson's caring theory can effectively reduce the level of disease uncertainty of preterm mothers,improve their level of hope,enhance their sense of competence in parenting,and facilitate the smooth transition of preterm infants from hospital to home.关键词
