民营企业家早年外企工作经历与企业出口表现
The Early Career Experience of Private Entrepreneurs in Foreign Enterprises and Its Impact on Corporate Export Performance

Abstract
Based on the imprinting theory,social learning theory and resource effect theory,this paper analyzes the impact of the work experience in foreign-funded enterprises on the export of enterprises,and uses the survey data of China's private enter-prises in 2008-2012 to conduct an empirical test.The results show that entrepreneurs with working experience in foreign-funded enterprises have higher probability of export participation and larger scale of export.In order to alleviate the endogenousness caused by selective bias,this paper uses proxy variables,propensity score matching,treatment effect model and other methods to deal with it,and the conclusion is still robust.The impact mechanism test shows that the work experience in foreign-funded enter-prises promotes entrepreneurs to accumulate more social capital and improve the level of corporate governance,and then promote the export development of enterprises.The heterogeneity test shows that the export effect mainly lies in the experience of the heads of foreign-funded enterprises.The work experience in enterprises which come from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan has a greater export effect.The export effect has regional difference,in which institutional quality plays a decisive role.关键词
