Continuously Optimizing the Business Environment by"Handling Multiple Items with One Application Process"
摘要
Abstract
The"handling of multiple items with one application process"is an important part of the efforts to optimize gov-ernment services and make them more standardized,routinized,and convenient.The standardization,normalization and facilita-tion of government services are also at the core of the strategic move to accelerate the transformation of government functions and optimize the business environment.Its essence is to reshape government services and improve government efficiency for the benefit of enhancing governance capacity and public welfare.With the help of institutional economics and the overall governance theory under the new public management paradigm,the optimization of business environment is an important means to promote the trans-formation of government functions and governance reengineering.Taking the"handling of multiple items with one application process"as a breakthrough,we must upgrade government services and continue to optimize the business environment.In light of regional realities,efforts must be made to give full play to the comparative advantages;and big data technologies must also be uti-lized to create a transparent and efficient"digital intelligence"environment,a fair and just legal environment,a competitive and orderly market environment,and an international environment of mutual benefit and win-win results,so as to fully release the in-tegrated effect of administrative reform.关键词
