The Empowerment of Local Cultivation of Semiconductor Talents on the Building of a Demonstration Zone for Common Prosperity in Old Revolutionary Base Areas

Abstract
Industrial revitalization is the key to the revitalization of old revolutionary base areas.Lishui has been programming the whole chain of semiconductor industry"out of thin air",opening up a new path for"the building of a demonstration zone for common prosperity in old revolutionary base areas".Currently,there is a shortage of technical talents in the semiconductor industry in Lishui and there is great difficulty in attracting and introducing talents.Lishui must accelerate the pace of independently cultivating local semiconductor talents.However,the industry will be faced with great challenges and resistance,such as weak professional foundation,large financial investment,long cultivating cycle,and limited enterprise participation.There are several solutions to the problems.There should be top-level design,which introduces policies to encourage local universities to work together to cultivate technical talents for the semiconductor industry,and forms a talents cultivating system with the local students of high school and university as the main source.There should be an integration of industry and education,a cooperation between universities and enterprises and a combination of working and learning,forming a new situation where local universities and enterprises work together to cultivate semiconductor talents.There should be emphasis on local cultivation to carry out re-employment training for ordinary workers around semiconductor industry and cultivate industrial technical talents.关键词
