激情创业,理性行动:和谐激情对创业绩效的影响机制
Passionate Entrepreneurship,Rational Action:the Mechanism of Harmonious Passion on Entrepreneurship Performance

Abstract
Passion is the key factor that drives entrepreneurs forward,but not all passion leads to success.Based on the theory of emotional information,this paper analyzes the influence of harmonious passion on entrepreneurial opportunity identification and finds out the mechanism of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial performance.Through the survey data of 254 entrepreneurs,it is found that harmonious passion can promote the entrepreneurs'opportunity identification action,thus improving the entrepreneurial performance,and opportunity identification plays an intermediary role.Endogenous fear of failure weakens the positive effect of harmonious passion on opportunity recognition,while exogenous fear of failure strengthens this mechanism.The conclusion deepens the theoretical cognition of entrepreneurial passion at the micro level,and provides an important inspiration for a comprehensive understanding of the double-sided effect of fear of failure and a rational view of entrepreneurial passion.关键词
