地方高校师范生职业素养对其乡村学校任教意愿影响
The Influence of Local Normal University Students'Professional Accomplishment on their Teaching Intention in Rural Schools

Abstract
In order to study whether the professional quality of local normal university students has an impact on their willingness to teach in rural schools,a survey was conducted on local normal university students.It is found that the professional quality of local normal university students has a positive impact on their willingness to teach in rural schools.At the same time,there are differences in the influence of local normal university students'professional quality and its factors on their teaching intention in rural schools.The data showed that competence,confidence,the cognition of rural areas and rural schools in the professional quality of local normal university students,as well as the teacher qualification,have a positive promoting effect on their willingness to teach in rural schools.Among the three independent variables,local normal university students'cognition of rural areas and rural schools has the greatest influence on their rural school teaching intention.Therefore,in order to better build the team of rural teachers and strengthen their teachers,normal university students should improve their professional development in all aspects of ability and establish the correct outlook on life and values to improve their ideological consciousness,volunteer to participate in the construction of rural basic education,to contribute their own strength in development of rural education.关键词
