A study of the Effect of Rural Teachers'Burnout on the Tendency to Quit
摘要
Abstract
To explore the impact mechanism of rural teachers'burnout on the tendency to quit,the job demand-resource model,the burnout(MBI-GS)scale,the teachers'intention to leave scale,the psychological toughness short form(BRS),and the comprehension social support scale(PSSS)are used to explore the rural teachers'tendency to leave based on the burnout perspective.so as to provide a useful reference for the retention mechanism of rural teachers.关键词
