织物基柔性传感器的研究进展OACSTPCD

Research progress of fabric-based flexible sensor

针对织物传感器多级构筑机制不明晰、传感响应性能及集成兼容性不足等问题,系统阐述了力学、温度、湿度织物传感器的传感原理、制备方法与传感性能的新进展,探讨不同柔性传感器的典型材料应用与结构构建、制备方法以及现阶段面临的挑战,并讨论传感器在运动检测、医疗健康、电子皮肤、人机交互等领域的特性应用.认为:基于材料性质、分级结构、成形工艺研究结合具体使用环境,提升织物基柔性传感器的信号稳定、灵敏度、环境适应性及可扩展性是重点发展方向.

Aimed at the prevailing issues such as unclear construction mechanisms,insufficient sensing capability and integration compatibility of fabric-based sensor,recent advances in the sensing principles,construction method and response characteristic of mechanical,thermal,and humidity fabric-based sensors were systematically reviewed.The typical material application,structural construction and fabrication method of various sensors along with the challenges faced at the current stage were discussed.Moreover,the characteristic application of these sensors in various application such as motion monitoring,healthcare,e-skin,human-computer interaction and so on were analyzed.It is considered that improving the signal stability,sensitivity,environmental adaptability and scalability of fabric-based flexible sensors based on material property,hierarchical structure and manufacturing process to study specific application environment is the key development direction.
