摘要

Abstract

To achieve carbon nanotube spandex composite materials with superior conductivity and elasticity,carbon nanotube were adhered to the surface of spandex filament using an impregnation method.Amino groups were introduced to the spandex surface through a solution of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane.Subsequently,the treated spandex was immersed in dispersions of carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes with varying mass fractions to create a composite sensing material with a carbon nanotube coating.The infrared spectrum,mechanical property,conductivity and so on of carbon nanotube spandex material were evaluated and analyzed.The results showed the number of CNT on the spandex surface was increased as the CNT mass fraction increased.When the CNT mass fraction was reached 7%,the number of CNT was increased significantly and accompanied by the presence of numerous pores on the surface.Despite a reduction in strength and breaking elongation compared to the original spandex yarn due to the CNT coating,the composite yarn maintained a breaking elongation ratio over 1 000%.When CNT mass fraction was increased from 1%to 5%,under different tensile strains,the sensing yarn exhibited a significant relative change in resistance,which indicating a sensitive response.Throughout 500 times stretching/releasing cycles,the sensing yarn demonstrated minimal peak and baseline fluctuations in response to resistance changes,showcasing stable performance.It is considered that carbon nanotube coating spandex sensing materials exhibit a rapid response time and excellent strain response stability.It holds potential applications in the field of small strain sensing.
