Research on the Influential Mechanism of SRDI Enterprises'Digital Transformation Based on System Dynamics
摘要
Abstract
In order to seize the opportunity of digital construction,and implement the development strategy of"intelligent manufacturing",it is urgent to promote the digital transformation of specialized,refined,diffential and innovative(SRDI)enterprises.Based on the"technology-organization-environment"(TOE)framework,this paper constructs a dynamic model of the digital transformation system of SRDI enterprises from the perspective of technology,organization and environment,qualitatively analyzes the technological innovation subsystem,organizational subsystem,and environmental subsystem,and studies the system characteristics and influencing mechanism of the digital transformation of SRDI enterprises.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted suggestions from three aspects:technology,organization and environment.关键词
