Systematic Layout of Strategic Science and Technology Forces in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area:Practical Exploration and Breakthrough Path

Abstract
Strategic science and technology forces is the core support for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to build an international science and technology innovation center with global influence,and to accelerate the achievement of high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement.By systematically combing the development status and existing problems of the layout of the strategic scientific and technological forces in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper finds that there are still shortcomings in terms of quantity and scale,development quality,spatial distribution,and institutional innovation.In view of this,starting from the systematic layout of the strategic scientific and technological forces in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the paper proposes to focus on the whole process of innovation chain and build the implementation path and strategy of"building a foundation,strengthening key problems,building a platform,deepening integration,gathering talents,building an ecology,and emphasizing reform".关键词
