Abstract
Objective To investigate the compliance with cardiac rehabilitation exercise in elderly patients with coro-nary heart disease(CHD)and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 200 elderly CHD patients admitted to First Hospital of Qinhuangdao City from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected.The General Information Questionnaire and Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Compliance Questionnaire were used to investigate.Logistic regression method was used to ana-lyze the relevant factors.Results In the 200 elderly CHD patients,the score of cardiac exercise compliance was(37.58±5.31)points,in which the mean score of actively seeking exercise advice was the lowest(2.84±0.59)points.Among 200 elderly CHDpatients,75 ones(37.50%)hadpoor exercise compliance and125 ones(62.50%)had well exercise compli-ance.There were significant differences in education level,comorbidities,family support,social support and exercise fear be-tween the poor cardiac rehabilitation exercise compliance group and good cardiac rehabilitation exercise compliance group(P＜0.05).Logistic regression model analysis showed that education level of junior high school and below[OR(95%CI):1.879(1.269,2.792),P =0.002],comorbidities[OR(95%CI):2.784(1.490,5.203),P =0.001],poor family support[OR(95%CI):2.309(1.382,3.859),P =0.002],poor social support[OR(95%CI):2.020(1.338,3.048),P =0.001]and exercise fear[OR(95%CI):2.119(1.340,3.352),P =0.001]were independent risk factors for the compliance with cardiac rehabilitation exercise in elderly CHD patients.Conclusion The compliance with cardiac rehabilitation exercise in eld-erly CHD patients is at a medium level.Education level,comorbidities,family support,social support,and exercise fear may be the main factors affecting compliance with cardiac rehabilitation exercise.关键词
