显微根尖外科手术护士核心能力评价指标的构建
Construction of core competency evaluation index for nurses of apical microsurgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct a core competency evaluation index for nurses of apical microsurgery,and to provide reference for the training of nurses of apical microsurgery.Methods After literature review,the core competency evaluation index for nurses of apical microsurgery was constructed by Delphi method.Results The positive coefficient was 100%,the authority coefficient 0.828,and the Kendall harmony coefficient 0.292～0.354 and 0.340～0.577(P<0.05),respectively.The final core competency evaluation index for nurses of apical microsurgery consisted of 5 first-level,23 second-level and 70 third-level indicators.Conclusion The core competency evaluation index for microapical surgical nurses is scientific and reliable,which can provide reference for the training,admittance and management of microapical surgical nurses.关键词
