Abstract
With linear hydroxyl silicone oil,emulsifier and silane coupling agent as the main raw materials,the sili-cone lotion is prepared by homogenization under the pressure of 30-40 MPa after emulsification with water.Using low-tem-perature catalytic polymerization reaction to produce basic silicone resin,after neutralization and thickening,crosslinking and catalytic components are added to obtain a water-based organic silicon high elastic coating adhesive for fabrics.The ef-fects of emulsifier dosage,coupling agent dosage,crosslinking and catalytic system on the elasticity,wrinkle resistance,and fastness of fabric coating were investigated.The results indicate that this water-based organic silicon high elastic adhesive has good elasticity,and after coating,it can effectively improve the resilience and wrinkle resistance of the fabric.关键词
