Abstract
The yarn strength changes of blended elastic fabrics with different wool contents were compared,and the production methods was optimized to make them have wrinkle resistance performance.The results showed that the opti-mized process parameters were as follows:mass fraction of wool above 50%,Lycra 4%,weft elasticity using bundle spin-ning,draft ratio 2.5 times,twist coefficient 220～200(the higher the wool content,the lower the twist coefficient),weft warp ratio 0.9,and total tightness 118.The fabric produced using the above process parameters had the best wrinkle resistance of level 4 or above,the best breaking strength,and a moderate hand feel,all of which could be considered.关键词
