Abstract
In order to extend the range of green chromatographic dyeing,two vegetable dyestuffs,mint and acacia,were selected for the dyeing of hemp fibers to obtain a stable yellow-green color.The effects of mint dye concentration,acacia dye concentration and mordant concentration on the dyeing effect were investigated,and the dyeing mechanism and the color fastness of the fibers dyed with optimal dyeing process were discussed.The results show that the factor that has the greatest impact on the dyeing effect is mint dye concentration,and the optimal dyeing conditions were as follows:mint dye 100%,mordant 2%,acacia dye 60%.The fastness to rubbing,soaping,and perspiration of the fabrics dyed with the op-timized process was greater than grade 3,which was in accordance with the standard of consumption.关键词
