高职劳动教育与产教融合协同机制构建探究
Exploration on the Construction of Labor Education and Industry-Education Integration Synergistic Mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
In order to continuously improve the teaching efficiency of higher vocational colleges,and enhance the practical ability and comprehensive quality of students,it needs to build a new vocational education mode of collaborative education.The collaborative development of labor education and the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges is faced with difficulties such as low adaptability of labor education,lack of content in the integration of industry and education,and poor compatibility of education and teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in the top-level design of the system,establish a coordination and dialogue mechanism of government policy guidance and industry collaboration,and improve the working environment according to the demand of talents;set up a team of high-quality teachers in order to accelerate the process of coordinating labor education and the integration of industry and education.关键词
