角膜新生血管治疗的研究新进展
New research progress on therapy of the corneal neovascularization
摘要
Abstract
There is a balance between angigenic factors and anti-angigenic factors in the cornea in a physiological state,and many factors destroy the balance of protective measures.For example,infection,inflammation,hypoxia,trauma,corneal degeneration,and corneal transplantation can destroy the protective measures of the cornea,thereby pro-moting the formation of corneal neovascularization(CNV).The formation of CNV is a cause of vision loss worldwide and can lead to blindness in severe cases.Therefore,inhibition of CNV is of great clinical significance.This article will review the new progress in the treatment of CNV.关键词
