高职酒店管理专业学生职业认同感的培养探析
Analysis on the Cultivation of Professional Identity among Students Majoring in Hotel Management in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
At present,it is common that the work attitude of hotel management students in higher vocational colleges is not positive,and their understanding of the industry is not comprehensive.The high work intensity affects their professional identity.Therefore,students'career mentality needs to be improved,the vocational cognition education in schools needs to be strengthened,the working environment of hotels needs to be improved,and the traditional concept of society needs to be changed.To cultivate students'exclusive feelings for the industry,the school should enhance the vocational awareness education of students,improve the hotel's awareness of training student professional identity,and promote the community's recognition and understanding of the service industry.关键词
