Abstract
Teachers in higher vocational colleges should shoulder the mission of morality education and lead by example.The teachers should guide students to establish a correct outlook on life and values,cultivate college students'sense of social responsibility and mission,pay attention to students'mental health,provide counseling and support,and provide students with practice opportunities.The teachers should also strictly adhere to the bottom line of professional ethics,constantly improve the teaching level,and become a model for students;participate in training,discuss and update teaching ideas and methods,participate in school activities,and contribute to cultural construction,and then accomplish the mission of morality education,and play the role of leading by example.关键词
