连苏饮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效及对血清胃蛋白酶、胃泌素17的影响
Curative effect of Liansu Decoction on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and its effect on serum pepsin and gastrin-17
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Liansu Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of liver stomach stagnation heat type and its effect on serum pepsin and gastrin-17(G-17).Methods:a total of 100patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of liver stomach heat stagnation type admitted to the second traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Wuxi from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received liansuyin treatment.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The efficacy,TCM symptom score,OLGA stage,OLGIM stage,pepsinogen,G-17 and the oc-currence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups after 12 weeks of treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00％,which was higher than 76.00％of the control group(P＜0.05);The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the con-trol group(P＜0.05);The OLGA stage and OLGIM stage of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05);The levels of PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ and G-17 in the two groups increased,and there was a difference between the observation group and the control group(P＜0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of liver stomach stagnation heat type received Liansu decoction,which has a definite curative effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the level of pepsinogen and gastrin to return to normal,and then improve the pathological manifestations of gastroscopy,with good safety.关键词
