《肘后备急方》细辛应用探析

Abstract
Objective:To summarize all the records related to Asarum in the Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang and explore the use of Asarum by the famous physician Ge Hong during the Eastern Jin Dynasty.Method:Organize and summarize all the prescriptions of Asarum in the Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang,and analyze and discuss them from aspects the name of Asarum,the number of prescrip-tions containing Asarum,the diseases treated by the prescriptions,the classification of dosage forms,the methods of taking medi-cine,drugs and excipients compatible with Asarum,Asarum toxicity,usage and dosage,and the rescue of Asarum poisoning.Re-sult:The Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang contains a total of 32prescriptions of Asarum,which treated a wide range of diseases and various dosage forms.It inherits traditional ways of taking medicine and combines modern ways of taking medicine.Conclusion:Asarum in the Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang is widely used in clinic and rich in the treatment of diseases.It has important reference significance for further developing the modem clinical application value and toxicity toxicology research of Asarum.关键词
