Abstract
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system in the world,with high in-cidence,low overall survival rate and poor prognosis after treatment.It has become a major public health problem that threatens people's life and health.At present,the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer is still not Since the pathogenesis of gastric cancer is still not fully understood.Ulcerative colitis is an important risk factor for colorectal cancer.How to effectively block the evolution of ulcerative colitis to colorectal cancer has become the focus of many medical researchers.Traditional Chinese medicine has great advantages and characteristics in treating ulcerative colitis,preventing its recurrence and reducing the incidence rate of colorectal cancer.The theory of"interaction between host and guest"was first proposed by wu youxing,a febrile disease physician,in"The Treatise on Warm Epidemic Diseases".The theory of"interaction between host and guest"comes from Wenyi Lun(Trea-tise on Pestilence)written by Wu You ke and has been applied to the treatment of protracted diseases for a long time.Ulcerative colitis"inflammation-cancer transformation"belongs to the category of"protracted diseases"of traditional Chinese medicine.Its evolution process is characterized by a combination of deficiency and excess,which is consistent with the core pathogenesis of"in-teraction between host and guest",namely,positive deficiency and evil guest,and guest pathogen cementation in the blood ves-sels.Therefore,the article takes the theory of"interaction between host and guest"as the breakthrough point,and expounds the intervention effect of chinese medicine on precancerous lesions of"inflammation-cancer transformation"of ulcerative colitis from the perspective of this theory,reflecting its important guidance value,and providing new ideas for clinical treatment of intractable diseases.关键词
