补肾养血健骨汤加减联合切开复位内固定治疗急性锁骨骨折对患者术后患肢功能的影响观察
Effects of modified Bushen Yangxue Jiangu Decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation on postop-erative function of affected limb in patients with acute clavicle fractures

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of modified Bushen Yangxue Jiangu Decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation on postoperative function of affected limb in patients with acute clavicle fractures.Methods A total of 80patients with acute clavicle fractures admitted to the hospital were enrolled between April 2020and April 2022.According to random num-ber table method,they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).After open reduction and internal fixation,control group was given routine nutrition support and rehabilitation treatment,while observation group was additionally treated with modified Bushen Yangxue Jiangu Decoction.After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes,functional recovery time,fracture healing time,total hospitalization time,scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA),China Stroke Scale(CSS)and the 36-item shot-form health status survey(SF-36),and the incidence of complications after treatment were recorded and com-pared between the two groups.Results After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes(physical heaviness,mental fatigue,emotional disorders)in both groups were decreased,which were lower in observation group than control group(P＜0.05).The functional recovery time and fracture healing time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference in total hospitalization time between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,FMA score was increased,while CSS score was decreased in both groups,and change amplitude of the above scores was more significant in observation group(P＜0.05).In addition,the SF-36scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Modi-fied Bushen Yangxue Jiangu Decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation can effectively accelerate fracture heal-ing and improve function of affected limbs,with low incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
