横琴科技园区的空间组织特征研究
Research on Spatial Organization Features of the Hengqin Science and Technology Park

Abstract
In the background of China's innovation-driven development strategy,scientific and technological innovations become key for the competitiveness of urban development.As a novel type of agglomeration for urban innovation activities,science,and technology parks have become an important component for urban planning and construction.With the progresses made in the collaborative construction of"One Belt,One Road",the Hengqin Free Trade Zone(FTZ)became an important economic growth point for China in the future.As the only essential high-tech industrial zone in the Hengqin FTZ,the Hengqin Science and Technology Park possesses remarkable location advantages and resource conditions,and provides unprecedented opportunities and careers for future development.Nevertheless,there's an imbalance between development orientation and industrial spatial layout,as well as economic environment and policy management.Based on previous research on development practice and spatial layout of science and technology parks locally and abroad,the spatial layout of the Hengqin Science and Technology Park was discussed regarding the relationship between industrial development and space.This will enable the disclosure of characteristics and driving factors of innovation ecology,and can provide references for the ecological construction and sustainable development of the park.Firstly,a field survey was implemented in"Hengqin Science City(Phase I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ),Hengqin International Science and Technology Innovation Center,Guangdong-Macao Cooperation in Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park,and Hengqin Science and Technology City"in the Hengqin Science and Technology Park,to gather first-hand information.Secondly,the original data selected was analyzed using principal component analysis(PCA)and influencing factors of the park's development were explored.Data normalization was implemented by combining the coupling model.Finally,an empirical study on spatial layout features,proportion of types,and driving factors of the Hengqin Science and Technology Park was conducted using spatial statistical methods.Results showed that:1)Different types of scenes and technology parks have different preferences and characteristics in spatial distribution and combination.Namely,park areas centered in living facilities at the Hengqin Science and Technology Park had a compact organization,while park areas centered in technological services were relatively open and emphasized resource sharing.Hence,it is recommended that the Hengqin Science and Technology Park should be developed into a diversified,open,and collaborative park focusing on technological services,and supplemented with living facilities.2)It is characteristically functional,which improves the efficiency of mixed land use.The Hengqin Science and Technology Park had three or more functions.The ratio of technical service space to living facility space was about 3.5:1.2.In the living facility space,the ratio of living space to leisure facility space was 0.75:0.45.As a result,methods that can optimize the functional design of science and technology parks should be explored to maximize their benefits.3)The Hengqin Science and Technology Park enhanced urban vitality.In the park,space structures were connected organically and interacted with the city,forming diversified multi-dimensional tight structural networks and thereby realizing community-based space forms.4)Market activities and new area policies were the main factors driving the sustainable development of the Hengqin Science and Technology Park.In other words,attention should be paid into the economic,social,and ecological benefits of space in the park,aiming to achieve the sustainable development of the park.关键词
