Abstract
In the construction of chemical projects,many are executed using the EPC general contracting model of engineering companies.Timely procurement of key equipment and other materials during project execution is the material foundation for successful project construction.This article focuses on the quality management and control of equipment procurement in the general contracting project department.Quality control points are managed and controlled in the early planning,personnel quality,supplier selection,procurement,inspection,transportation,etc.The main problems affecting quality both internally and externally during the procurement process are analyzed and solved to ensure that the equipment purchased according to the plan meets technical quality standards.关键词
