针灸治疗干眼作用机制及临床应用研究进展
Research progress on mechanism and clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion on dry eye
摘要
Abstract
Dry eye is a common chronic ocular surface disease.In recent years,its incidence has been increas-ing,affecting patients'vision and quality of life to varying degrees.Under the influence of infection,eye habits,envi-ronmental temperature and humidity and other factors,its pathogenesis is complex,mainly involving inflammation,apoptosis,hormone secretion,nervous regulation,etc.The current treatment of dry eyes is still based on symptomatic treatment,but the effect is not satisfactory.As the quintessence of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion has the advantages of quick and long-lasting effect,little adverse reaction,and has gradually received clinical atten-tion.Therefore,this article reviews the mechanism of acupuncture and and moxibustion on dry eye and its clinical ap-plication,in order to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of dry eye.In order to provide a more sci-entific and reliable references for clinical prevention and treatment of dry eye.关键词
