分消走泄法治疗儿童特应性皮炎机制研究进展
Study on the mechanism of dispersing elimination and excreting in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children
摘要
Abstract
Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease in children.Skin lesions are more common in the face and the extension of limbs or popliteal fossa,which are pleomorphic lesions such as erythema and papules.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is due to congenital deficiency,temperament is not re-sistant,and cou is not close,its external function is unstable,and it is susceptible to wind,damp,and heat pathogens.With the development of modern medicine,traditional Chinese medicine still has its unique characteristics and domi-nant position in the treatment of skin diseases,showing an irreplaceable role.Based on the elimination-elimination ex-cretion method,the author reviews the ancient and modern application of elimination-elimination excretion method,its correlation with the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis in children,and therapeutic drugs,in order to provide a richer theoretical basis for the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children.关键词
