麻防犀角地黄汤治疗寒包火型银屑病临床疗效观察
Clinical curative effect of Mafang Xijiao Dihuang Decoction on psoriasis of cold-enveloping-fire syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Mafang Xijiao Dihuang Decoction on psoriasis(Ps)of cold-enveloping-fire syndrome.Methods A total of 60patients with Ps of cold-enveloping-fire syndrome admitted to Tongcheng tradi-tional Chinese medicine hospital were enrolled between January 2021 and July 2022.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,30cases in each group.After topical calcipotriol ointment in both groups,control group was given oral acitretin capsules,while observation group was given Mafang Xijiao Dihuang Decoction for 8weeks.The curative effect,scores of TCM syndromes,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)and dermatology life quality in-dex(DLQI),levels of interleukin-23(IL-23),interleukin-17(IL-17)and CD4+helper T1cells/T2cells(Th1/Th2)before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate within 6months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in response rate between observation group and control group was not statistically significant(70.00％vs 83.33％,P＜0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes(prolonged disease course,severe head sore in au-tumn and winter,cold-induced head sore),PASI and DLQI in observation group were(3.60±0.75)points,(3.24±0.76)points,(3.29±0.22)points,(28.12±4.95)points and(11.52±1.82)points,lower than those in control group[(4.49± 0.87)points,(4.01±0.78)points,(3.54±0.30)points,(33.25±5.09)points,(13.97±2.03)points,P＜0.05].The lev-els of IL-23and IL-17in observation group were(2.25±0.37)pg/mL and(7.13±1.19)pg/mL,lower than those in control group[(3.43±0.51)pg/mL,(9.04±1.36)pg/mL],while Th1/Th2was higher than that in control group[(4.91±0.79)vs(3.52±0.58),P＜0.05].The recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(16.67％vs 43.33％,P＜0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Mafang Xijiao Dihuang Decoction is significant on Ps of cold-enveloping-fire syn-drome,which can reduce recurrence rate.关键词
