Abstract
NiCrW/WS2 composite materials were prepared by generating WS2 through solid-state reaction method and using it as a solid lubricant.The composition,structure,and hardness of the material were characterized using XRD,SEM,and BH equipment.The tribological properties of the material were measured using friction wear testing machine,and the effects of WS2 content and temperature on the tribological properties of the material were explored.It is found that WS2 can improve the hardness of the material and form a lubricating film on the worn surface,effectively improving the tribological properties of the material.At high temperatures,the metal sulfides generated in the matrix have a lubricating effect,leading to a decrease in friction coefficient and an increase in wear rate due to their"self loss"phenomenon.关键词
